Brum originates from a long time hobby of distilling and and a love for liquor. During my studies I've done several projects regarding this topic and Brum is the pinnacle of that development. In my time as a moonshiner i wanted to experiment with aging but small barrels have a high cost and no way of visualizing the process. Even though i love the project the first time i tried to make it work it took me 3 attempts and 2 years to make a functioning prototype. After that it took me another 9 months to hone that prototype to a fully functional product. Especially making the bottle conform to all the norms regarding food packaging proved difficult.
